【簡易食譜】溏心蛋

材料
雞蛋 5隻
鹽 1茶匙
醃料汁
蒜頭 5瓣
醬油 80毫升
味醂 80毫升
水 100毫升
醋 1茶匙

做法:
1. 水中加鹽,煲滾,放入雞蛋,煲滾
2. 敲碎蛋殼,浸入冰水後剝殼
3. 醃料煮滾後待涼
4. 將雞蛋放入醃料內浸透,冷藏12小時
